BWBA's 1st Year Anniversary Bash!
WOOHOO! It's BWBA's 1st year anniversary and we're celebrating by having a blog giveaway!
One year ago marks the birth of the Ebay Artists Group - "Because We Believe- Art"
that I, Josie, of Skeleton In my Closet, started with my good friends Tammy, of Light and Shadow Studio and Karen, of I Draw Pix and now to celebrate we are having a blog giveaway!
As you know, as a group, We Believe in the Magic of the Holidays, the Tooth Fairy, Monsters under the Bed and all other sorts of magical and mythical flights of fancy and have decided to share that with you, our Followers.
So this is the official sign-up thread. It will be active for 2 weeks and we have 15 different handmade ooak ornies created by the generous and talented members of our group!!
There will be 3 ways to get your name in the hat & rules are simple:
#1. Be or become a follower of BWBA
#2. After taking care of rule # 1 - Leave a comment on the Give-away Thread (simply saying, "I Believe" will do if you've nothing else to say)
#3. Post to your own blog an announcement about our give-away or better yet provide a link-back to our blog (but please let us know you've done so by posting in your comment-see rule #2)! Feel free to grab the button at the right.
The drawing for winners will be on December 5th and hopefully we'll be ready to announce the winners on the 6th.
And here are the awesome ornies you will be vying for:

Here is my new series collection, "Kindred Cuties". Inspired for my love of "Anne of Green Gables" by L.M. Montgomery and also richly inspired by all the magical friendships I have made here in blogland. They are currently now on ebay. Thanks for taking a peek! :)

"Maeve"
My latest creation...OOAK (one of a kind) art doll winter fae. She stands 12 1/2 inches tall on her crackle painted base. She is hand sculpted from polymer clay. Dressed in burgandy satin, teal blue ribbon like yarn with matching tulle over skirt. She has soft dark blonde mohair locks that I fashioned into an updo and adorned with matching fabric, and beaded lace like embroidered fabric (like that on a wedding dress). Her sleeves are done in scrunched vintage blue velvet. She has a white rabbit fur muff on her hands that matches the fur on her head piece. Her wings are irridescent teal green with a touch of extra fine maroon glitter. Perfect for a winter, snow, or Christmas & Holiday display.

OOAK Snowman Ornament
I just listed this cute little snowman ornie on ebay. He's hand sculpted from paper clay, so is very light weight yet durable. He has been hand painted (HP) and stained to add that vintage antique look..kind of rustic don't ya think? He is wearing a red and green stocking cap, and of course the traditional carrot nose!
